Since 1993, Englewood Contracting, Inc. has been building quality homes throughout the Staten Island area, In 1996, Englewood expanded its scope of work to include commercial building as well. Englewood is currently offering excellence in several areas:

As developers, we have extensive experience in project management and residential development.
We have "in house" crews and equipment to perform all types of div 2 (Site Work), div 4 (masonry work of all types), div 6/9 (Carpentry all gauges of steel studding, most types of wallboard installation and finishes).
We have a seperate Commercial concrete services division (super structure, reinforced concrete, and site work concrete).

Recent projects we've worked on include Barnes and Noble located on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island, Pathmark located on Amboy Road, and the Staten Island Ferry Terminal in Staten Island. We are currently working on Walgreens and Petco.
